It's been a while!

Wow, It's been a while. I've graduated as a photographer, and moved to Belgium - Antwerp for a teaching course. I met many great people, and I love it here. And it's closer to many abandoned buildings, and that's what I wanted to chat about.
My first urban exploring place is demolished. Which is really sad. But on the other hand, I've found some great and amazing places here in Belgium to shoot, which include ; A power plant, An abandoned castle, An abandoned Villa and an abandoned coal mine. In total I've found 9 amazing places, which I'll be visiting with a fellow photographer slash model. You'll see new pictures here soon enough, can't wait to shoot, and can't wait to show you! Stay tuned!

So , a little update

Well, it's been a while since I last updated my journal entries.
What happened in the last few months?
I've gotten an new internship with Koolen Photography, and I am learning a lot.
Sadly, I can't be there all the time, since my dad is really sick. Just brought him to the hospital again, where he will be operated, and will be stationed for at least 20 days. Why?
Well, In the summer his feet got really bad, he's been sick for abut a year now, and I've been nursing his wounds for about three quarters of a year. And the last few months, I finally found someone to take over. But in these few months, he got worse, don't get me wrong, our nurses are great, but he got an infection, and went bad really fast, so his toe got amputated, doesn't sound to bad now, but believe me, it was horrible. He was grey, and in a lot of pain, I'm sure he could have died. His sugar level was so low..
Anyway, the wound wouldn't close, so he's getting operated again tomorrow. You could say I'm on the one hand a nervous wreck and on the other hand, I'm fine.
I'm really glad that I got an arrangement with my Internship and school that I have a few days of to care for him every week, and the other days I just focus on my Internship. It is hard at times though, especially when classmates don't understand, or make a reaction like "Don't you have to go to your internship or something?" . I simply can't handle all that stress, and I so can't handle them, if they were in my position they would have wanted the same you know, but none of them ever had to take care of their fathers pestering wounds, seeing them get blacker every day. I can tell you it's horrible, plain horrible. And I did it all on my own, balancing that with school, and internships, and working. I can't see them do that. Really, I can't.
Anyway, so just to let you know, I ain't dead yet haha. And I'm going to upload some new Autumn pictures soon.

Oh, and at the moment, I'm totally addicted with the Guild wars 2 game. Love it!

Little update

So, as you might have noticed, I haven't been around for quite a while.
This is because I'm on an intern-ship, or well, I used to have an intern-ship at a photography company.
Sadly, because of circumstances I have to terminate that particular intern-ship, by doing that, I kind of blew my chances for a intern-ship in England, as I will have "missed out on" 3 months.
So at the moment, I'm desperately searching for a new intern-ship.
I will not go into any sorts of detail about the reason why I had to terminate this intern-ship.
That, and the company itself isn't aware of it yet, but it will be aware next week.
At the same time, I've also been sick for the past 5 days, and still counting.
Blazing headaches, nausea, dizziness, terrible stomach aches, nose bleeds, you name it.
I feel terrible,but I'm sure I'll survive for now
Anyway, to all that I haven't replied to, in ages probably, I'm really sorry.

Wow, so many fav's!! Thanks everyone! Tomorrow i'll add a bunch more, including high key and low key pictures! Should be fun And maybe a few pictures made with the technical camera and the hasselblad. Also, starting next week, there will be a bunch of new pictures again
